Job summary

Handyperson / Multi-Trader position in Basingstoke, working on ongoing temporary full-time projects for a reputable construction company. The role involves following project management guidance, completing tasks such as installing metal tracks and plasterboard, and potentially carpentry work.

A CSCS card is essential, along with hands-on tools and strong communication skills. 2+ years in general building is required, with duties including completing snag sheets daily.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CSCS card
• Own a selection of hand tools and power tools
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 2 years+ experience within the General Building space

Responsibilities

• Working under the supervision and management of the Project Manager, Site Manager.
• Receiving job lists including but not limited to installing metal track, metal stud with a concrete board finish.
• Potentially Dry lining the plasterboard as well as carpentry items
• Checking drawings and setting out works to be completed.
• Handing back snag sheets each day to show works completed.

The role:
