Francesca's Recruitment Ltd is urgently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader in Mansfield (NG18) for a permanent role. The successful candidate will supervise two operatives and work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth, daily operations.

The role suits an experienced Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader, or a Senior Warehouse Operative ready to advance, with a hands-on approach and strong organisational and communication skills. Forklift training can be provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Desirable supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive and capable of working independently.
• Forklift licence is advantageous but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support two warehouse operatives, ensuring workloads are managed.
• Allocate tasks and monitor workflow to meet operational requirements.
• Lead by example in a hands-on warehouse environment.
• Count, check and process goods in and out of the warehouse.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to support daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
• Assist the wider team with general warehouse duties.
