Job summary

Trinity Industrial Corp. in Stourbridge is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, supervise one operative and ensure accurate stock control and documentation.

The role focuses on organising inbound and outbound stock, loading/unloading deliveries, and ensuring health and safety compliance with forklift operations. The successful candidate will be hands-on, practical and capable of coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT Counterbalance (CB) licence.
• Experience in warehouse, stores or logistics environment.
• Experience with loading/unloading goods and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Supervise one Warehouse Operative.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and documentation.
• Plan/coordinate incoming/outgoing containers and export shipments.
• Ensure health & safety and warehouse procedures are followed.
