Job summary

Travis Talent Ltd is recruiting a Warehouse Manager for a busy Rotherham site. This hands-on leadership role oversees a safe, well-organised warehouse supporting production, fabrication and project delivery.

You will lead office, warehouse and field teams, set objectives, manage performance and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. A forklift and driving licence are required, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day management, organisation and security of the warehouse.
• Lead and support office-, warehouse- and field-based staff, allocating workloads and resources to meet priorities.
• Set objectives, conduct performance reviews and manage attendance, timekeeping, holidays, overtime and timesheets.
• Handle employee relations, including absence management, disciplinary processes and conflicts.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development to maintain a productive environment.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental requirements and company procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and production area.
• Oversee unloading, goods receipt, storage, picking and despatch.
• Plan and monitor production and assembly activity to move materials to work areas.
• Check finished work against cutting lists and project requirements before despatch.
• Ensure finished products are palletised, labelled and allocated to the correct project.
