Qualifications

• Experience as Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence valid refresher within 5 years.
• Strong warehouse and operational experience.
• Good communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to manage workloads in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support warehouse operatives during the shift.
• Allocate workloads and meet daily priorities.
• Coordinate movement, loading and unloading of goods.
• Operate Counterbalance Forklift when required.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor productivity and support smooth operations.
• Liaise with transport and warehouse teams.
• Support transhipment activities and movement between vehicles.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
