Gap Personnel Limited are recruiting a warehouse supervisor/team leader to join our client site near CV8. You will lead a small team of five, organise daily workloads and ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

The role emphasizes health and safety, stock control, and efficient use of Warehouse Management Systems. You will monitor performance, provide guidance, and liaise with management to resolve issues in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory/team leader role.
• Strong knowledge and experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Confident managing and motivating a small team.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes and stock control.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Reliable, proactive and hands-on approach.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Gap Personnel are currently recruiting for a warehouse supervisor/team leader to work with our client based in CV8.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 5 warehouse operatives, ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently and safely while maintaining high standards of productivity and accuracy.

Details:

• £18 - £20 per hour
• Monday to Friday 9am till 4:30pm

The Role:

• Manage and supervise a team of 5 warehouse operatives.
• Organise daily workloads and warehouse activities.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and housekeeping.
• Manage stock levels and ensure accurate stock control.
• Use and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Support with goods-in, picking, packing and dispatch when required.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support.
• Identify and resolve operational issues.
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments.
