Responsibilities

• Supervise and support two warehouse operatives, ensuring workloads are managed.
• Allocate tasks and monitor workflow to meet operational requirements.
• Lead by example in a hands-on warehouse environment.
• Count, check and process goods in and out of the warehouse.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to support daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
• Assist the wider team with general warehouse duties.

Salary: £26,561.60 per annum (£12.77 per hour)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

About the Role

Francesca's Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader on behalf of a well-established business based in Mansfield (NG18).

This is an urgent permanent position, and the successful candidate will ideally be available to start as soon as possible.

The role will involve supervising two warehouse operatives while working closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the day-to-day warehouse operation.

This is a hands-on position and would suit an experienced Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader, as well as a strong Senior Warehouse Operative looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

• Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment
• Forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential, as training can be provided

Working Hours & Salary

Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm

30-minute break

£26,561.60 per annum (£12.77 per hour)

Salary may be negotiable for the right candidate, depending on experience.
