Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Northampton is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to manage a busy operation on site at NN7. You will lead, motivate and coach warehouse operatives, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, while maintaining safety standards and SOP compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organisational skills and a focus on continuous improvement. Temporary with potential for permanent after 12 weeks, with start date ASAP and rotating shifts

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a supervisory or Team Leader role.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience using PDA/scanner devices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexible, organised and process-driven approach.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Team Leader

£17.50 per hour

NN7, Northampton

Rotational shifts between 07:00am-22:00pm

Any 5 days out of 6 Sunday - Friday

Temporary with potential to be made Permanent after 12 successful weeks

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and fast-paced operation in Northampton.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support warehouse operatives to achieve daily KPIs and operational targets.
• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities within your allocated department.
