Job summary

Escape is seeking a Project Manager to join an established engineering organisation. You will bring people together across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Commercial to keep projects moving from planning through delivery.

You will build project plans, manage milestones, monitor progress and address issues before they become problems, delivering projects on time, within scope and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects within shipbuilding, marine, engineering, manufacturing, construction or similar complex industrial environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and influence people who don't directly report to you.
• APM, PRINCE2 or PMI qualifications would be advantageous.
• Experience of MS Project, Primavera P6, Project Controls, EVM or NEC contracts would be beneficial.
• You must be eligible for BPSS security clearance; nationality/residency rules may apply.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing project plans covering scope, cost and schedule.
• Coordinating Integrated Project Teams across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Commercial.
• Managing project risks, issues, changes and dependencies.
• Monitoring cost, schedule and performance and taking corrective action where required.
• Providing clear updates and reports to senior stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely on-time and to the required quality standards.
