Job summary

Teconnex UK is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead engineering projects from concept to launch. You will coach a small team of three Project Engineers, build strong customer and stakeholder relationships, and manage timing, risk and cost to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires automotive/manufacturing project management experience, strong APQP and product launch knowledge, and a proactive, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.

Are you a Project Manager who enjoys being at the heart of engineering projects—not just reporting on them?

We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of engineering projects while managing a close-knit team of three Project Engineers.

This is a role for someone who thrives on balancing technical project delivery with people leadership. You'll be working closely with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects from concept through to production, ensuring quality, timing and customer expectations are met.
