Job summary

Haulfryn’s Holmans Wood Holiday Park is seeking a Team Leader – Maintenance & Operations to manage the day-to-day maintenance and grounds across the park. You’ll lead a small team, ensure facilities are presented to a high standard and work closely with the management team to keep operations running smoothly.

With 40 hours per week and a permanent contract, this role offers a competitive salary (£28,225.60 per annum) plus benefits including holidays, pension and development opportunities, and

Qualifications

• Practical maintenance, grounds or landscaping experience.
• Experience in supervising or leading others, or the potential to take that step.
• Hands-on, practical approach and willingness to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support day-to-day maintenance and grounds operations.
• Ensure park, grounds and facilities are maintained to a consistently high standard.
• Take a hands-on approach to maintenance and grounds activities.
• Provide structure and organisation to daily activities.
• Be a visible, approachable contact for owners and guests.
• Support wider park operations across different areas as needed.
• Identify issues and see them through to resolution.
• Develop a strong understanding of the park and facilities.
• Support and guide team members to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with management to ensure safe, smooth operation.
