Haulfryn is seeking a Grounds Person at Finlake Holiday Park to maintain and present park grounds to a high standard. The role involves mowing, hedging, weed spraying, and tree works, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining landscapes and grounds, including mowing, hedge cutting, and general gardening.
• Be reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledgeable in Health and Safety practices within outdoor environments.
• Customer-focused, with excellent people skills and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete a wide range of grounds jobs to the highest standard, including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, weed spraying, tree works, and gritting.
• Maintain the presentation and safety of park grounds for the enjoyment of owners and guests.
• Observe all Health and Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for you and your team.
• Work collaboratively within a team to support the upkeep of the entire park environment.
