The role is based around Sidmouth with no hybrid or remote option. This permanent, full-time role focuses on infrastructure improvements and equipment

Qualifications

• Experience supporting PC desktops and Windows operating systems.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, and IIS.
• Familiar with policy management, RDS, and core networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Knowledge of RAID, router and firewall technologies, and security practices.
• Experience with backup technologies such as Veeam, Acronis, Citrix is beneficial.
• Demonstrates thoughtful troubleshooting, clear communication, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide multilevel support to business customers, resolving technical issues to a high standard.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, workstation, Windows, server, Microsoft 365, and networking problems.
• Support administration and maintenance of customer systems, including Microsoft services and access configurations.
• Assist with network, firewall, router, VPN, and security issues, escalating as needed.
• Contribute to infrastructure improvements, help plan and commission equipment, and support reliable operation.
