Job summary

Profile 29 is seeking a Systems Administrator Support Engineer to join a small, friendly team in Sidmouth. You will handle multilevel support for diverse business customers and drive infrastructure improvements while ensuring exceptional customer service and clear communication.

The role is permanent, full-time, Monday–Friday, based in Sidmouth with no hybrid or remote options. A strong background in Windows environments and Microsoft technologies is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows OS and Windows Server OS.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to communicate clearly.
