Elevate Technology Group Ltd is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join its Rotherham team. The role covers hands-on support across infrastructure, systems, and user support in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

You will work on Windows 10/11, Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365, while engaging in IT improvements and digital transformation projects to broaden your technical exposure and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing 1st/2nd line IT support across hardware, software, networks, and end-users.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive) and basic networking concepts.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across hardware, software, networks and end-users.
• Troubleshoot and administer Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy and Microsoft 365 services.
