Job summary

Erin Associates in Wakefield is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join an established IT team and help manage both on-premises and cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on maintaining Windows Server environments, AD, and Microsoft 365 services while supporting users across multiple sites surrounding Wakefield.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Office 365, Intune and Azure, solid networking knowledge, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an infrastructure support role.
Strong Windows Server and Active Directory skills.
Experience with Office 365, Intune and Azure.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and networking.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+, MS 365) desirable.

Responsibilities

Designing, installing, and supporting infrastructure including local hardware and cloud services.
Analyzing and resolving technical problems while improving processes.
Planning and implementing new infrastructure with the IT team.
Resolving software configuration, compatibility, and network issues.
Covering multiple sites across Yorkshire, mainly Wakefield.
