Job summary

Loungers is hiring a full-time General Manager to lead Sacro Lounge, a local café bar. The role offers a 48-hour contract (40-hour option) with a competitive salary, bonus, overtime and progression opportunities.

You will own Sacro Lounge, build and coach a strong team, manage GP, labour, stock and guest experience, and drive community engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hospitality venues such as restaurants, bars or cafés.
• Hands-on leader who can coach and develop teams on the floor.
• Strong understanding of GP, labour, stock and KPI basics.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and grow team members.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Sacro Lounge - leading shifts and upholding standards.
• Build and develop a strong team with clear growth plans.
• Work with Head Chef on food quality, wait times, stock and training.
• Know GP, labour and stock inside out and drive improvements.
• Lead weekly HOD meetings across 14 shifts.
• Engage with the local community and manage social media presence.
• Schedule rotas two weeks in advance and lead shift reporting.
