Loungers is hiring a General Manager to lead Calvero Lounge, a local café bar. You will be responsible for running operations, building a strong team, and delivering exceptional hospitality while driving community engagement.

This full-time role offers a 48-hour contract (40-hour option) with overtime pay, achievable bonus, and progression opportunities within a growing hospitality brand.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a hospitality setting.
• Strong customer focus and community engagement.
• Hands-on leadership with floor presence and coaching.
• Commercial tracking of GP, labour, stock, and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of Calvero Lounge and manage multiple shifts.
• Build, recruit and develop a strong team with clear development plans.
• Work with Head Chef on food quality, stock and training.
• Know your numbers: GP, labour, stock, and customer metrics to drive improvement.
• Lead weekly HOD meetings across 14 shifts.
