Loungers is hiring a General Manager to lead Ormo Lounge, a local café bar. You will run a hands-on operation, build a strong team and ensure the lounge is the heart of the community.

This is a permanent full-time role with a 48-hour contract (40-hour option available) and a competitive base salary with bonus and overtime. You will have real progression opportunities within a growing hospitality brand across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Experience managing restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops.
• Ability to lead from the floor and coach teams.
• Strong GP, labour and stock KPI knowledge.
• Proven recruitment and development experience.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of Ormo Lounge and manage 14 shifts.
• Build and develop a strong team with clear growth plans.
• Work with Head Chef on food quality, stock, and training.
• Monitor GP, labour, stock, and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Lead weekly HOD meetings and align the team.
• Engage with the local community and manage social presence.
• Schedule rotas two weeks in advance and oversee reporting.
