Job summary

Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa, part of RAD Hotel Group, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead the hotel and teams. This hands-on role focuses on delivering RAD standards, managing operations, guest experience and performance across departments.

You will work closely with senior management and Head Office to drive improvements, oversee weddings/events, and provide leadership during renovation or investment projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a General Manager or senior hotel operations leader.
• Ability to oversee multiple hotel departments and drive performance.
• Proven leadership with developing teams and accountability.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and commercial results.
• Attention to detail and high personal standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day hotel operations to RAD standards.
• Be hands-on across the hotel during peak periods and events.
• Develop and hold the management team accountable for departments.
• Drive high standards in accommodation, F&B, weddings, events, spa and services.
• Own guest experience, feedback and online reviews.
• Manage staffing, labour and operational resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with Directors and Head Office to meet group objectives.
• Support renovation and improvement projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve standards, efficiency and commercial performance.
• Lead from the front and roll up sleeves when needed.
