Job summary

Eiffage Kier Ferrovial BAM (EKFB) is looking for a Handover and Completion Assistant Programme Manager to join their team in Milton Keynes. The role involves managing, monitoring, and reporting progress on handover and completion activities, while assisting in the development of related policies and tools.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with project execution on major projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive business improvements. A CSCS card and a driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project execution with handover and completion activities on major projects.
• Experience developing business processes, reporting tools and dashboards on major multidisciplinary construction projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to drive efficient delivery and business improvement including promotion of best practice.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills.
• Must hold a CSCS card (White, White/Yellow, Gold, Black or Red experienced).
• Must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and reporting progress on handover and completion activities.
• Contribute to development of H&C policies, procedures, and guidance.
• Assist in the development of reporting/tracking tools for H&C progress.
• Lead forums and support audit processes.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve in the H&C space.
