Job summary

EKFB invites applications for an Assistant Project Manager (Liability for Maintenance) based in Milton Keynes. You will monitor and report progress on the Liability for Maintenance scope and supervise the work, quality, and rate of drawings by the Design Partner, contributing to strategy and development of policy.

You will stay the main contact between Handover & Completion and Highways, Land & Accommodation teams, manage third-party access, and help integrate Liability to Maintenance with

Qualifications

• Degree or similar in civil engineering; ideally Chartered.
• Extensive experience in project execution on major civil/highway schemes.
• Experience managing QMS on large multi-disciplinary construction projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report progress of the Liability for Maintenance scope.
• Oversee the work, quality and rate of Liability for Maintenance drawings by Design Partner.
• Own and develop Liability for Maintenance policies, procedures and guidance.
• Coordinate with Handover & Completion, Highways, Land & Accommodation functions.
• Manage third-party access requirements and assist with risk mitigation.
