The ideal candidate will have extensive project execution experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in reporting tools. Holding a CSCS card and a valid driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project execution with a background in handover and completion activities on major projects.
• Experience in developing business processes and reporting tools on multidisciplinary construction projects.
• Ability to drive efficient delivery and promote best practice.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills.
• Must hold a CSCS card and a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and monitoring Routewide handover and completion activities.
• Contribute to H&C policies, procedures, and guidance development.
• Develop and improve bespoke reporting and tracking tools.
• Lead allocated forums and ensure actions are recorded and monitored.
• Support audit processes and troubleshooting in the H&C space.
