Hand Varnisher / Finisher – Bespoke Yacht Interiors

Rustler Yachts is looking to recruit a highly skilled finisher specialising in hand varnishing to join our established production team.

This position requires an experienced and meticulous varnisher who is comfortable working independently, takes pride in their craft, and understands the importance of organisation and consistency when working on high‑end bespoke yachts.

The Role

• Hand finishing of all interior joinery items installed in our yachts
• Preparation of joinery prior to application of the approved varnish system
• Applying high‑quality varnish finishes to a consistently high standard
• Marking up, organising, and managing finished components within the storage area
• Ensuring items are readily available and clearly identified for the fit‑out team
• Maintaining a clean, well‑organised finishing area

About You

• Proven experience in hand varnishing, ideally within marine or high‑end joinery
• Highly organised, methodical, and detail‑focused
• Comfortable working on your own initiative
• Takes pride in producing flawless finishes on premium products
