Job summary

Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a hardworking and proactive individual to join the Outpatient team based at Northwick Park Hospital within the Haematology Department to deliver administrative service.

You will need to demonstrate good communication, organisation and prioritisation skills and be able to work on your own initiative under minimal supervisor.

The successful applicant will be a team player, but also able to work individually. You will be a confident and clear communicator possessing excellent computerised data management and verbal reasoning skills. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy and experience in prioritising workloads.

Main duties of the job

This post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management and full bookings, cancelling of outpatient clinics, ensuring that all targets are adhered to and met.
