Qualifications

• Experience managing a leisure facility or gym.
• Strong customer service with inspirational leadership.
• Qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor.
• Experience driving sales and coordinating local marketing.
• Experience as Assistant Manager or Fitness Manager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gym operations, opening/closing.
• Early starts, weekends as required.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and brand standards.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standards and cleanliness.
• Conduct safety checks and report defects.
• Achieve sales and membership targets.
• Drive secondary spend revenue.
• Ensure staff uniform standards and high service.
• Deliver outstanding member service.
• Foster a positive team environment.
• Undertake other duties as needed.
• Act as an ambassador for JD Gyms.
