Job summary

JD Gyms, a fast-expanding UK gym chain, is seeking a hands-on Manager to lead a club to the highest standards. You will develop the team, drive member service excellence, and ensure the club operates at peak performance.

Role involves maintaining brand standards, delivering exceptional member experiences, and steering local marketing activities to support growth. A proven track record in leisure management is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within a leisure-related industry.
• Passionate about customer service and inspirational leadership.
• Qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.
• Proven ability to drive sales, coordinate local marketing, and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and company procedures.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard and safety checks.
• Recruit and manage Fitness Coaches and General Assistants.
• Lead regular team meetings and drive sales and membership targets.
• Ensure cleanliness and high standards across the club.
• Deliver outstanding member service and be an ambassador for JD Gyms.
