Job summary

Village Hotel Club is seeking a Membership Advisor to showcase our facilities and match prospective members with the right fitness journey. You will meet people by phone or in person, deliver tours of the club, and advise on additional products and services to help them achieve their fitness goals.

This role offers uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £4,800 per year, a people-centric, fun, and supportive environment, and opportunities for growth within the Village Way culture.

Qualifications

• Natural ability to interact with all types of people.
• Belief in sales through service.
• Ability to understand member needs and tailor service.

Responsibilities

• Meet potential members by phone or in person and give a grand tour of the club.
• Match individual needs to available facilities and upsell products and services.
• Promote Village Gym facilities and benefits to drive membership sign-ups.
