Responsibilities

• The Sales Hustle: hitting numbers, treating the business as your own, meeting monthly targets and prompt responses to enquiries.
• The Guest Experience: tailoring packages to individuals, guiding sales tours and advising to sign up.
• The Standards: keeping facilities pristine and following SOPs, presenting yourself impeccably.
• The Communication: representing the club, resolving complaints on the spot, and coordinating with the hotel team.
