Job summary

Village Hotel Club in Glasgow is seeking an engaging Leisure Club Manager to lead our top-tier fitness and leisure facilities. You will be hands-on on the gym floor, chat with members, and ensure the club runs at the highest possible standard while delivering the sales strategy.

You will recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing leisure staff team, with a passion for leisure and fitness, and a drive to create outstanding member experiences every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in leisure operations and sales.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• A passion for leisure and fitness with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily leisure club operations to high standards.

The Leisure Club Manager plays a key part in maintaining our position as an industry leading fitness and leisure brand. You will be hands on, walking the gym floor, chatting to customers, whilst ensuring that the club is operating at the highest standard. You’ll be working to deliver the sales strategy, as well as finding, developing and inspiring an awesome team of leisure staff!
