Job summary

Village Hotel Club is seeking a proactive Membership Advisor in the Bournemouth area to showcase facilities and help new members begin their fitness journey. You will greet guests, conduct tours and tailor recommendations to individual goals.

Join a lively team with uncapped commission and a strong focus on service, wellbeing, and career development across our hotels and leisure clubs.

Responsibilities

• Meet potential new members by phone or in person for a grand club tour.
• Match individual needs to our facilities and services to start their fitness journey.
• Advise on additional products and services to help goals.
• Provide a warm, engaging experience to boost sign-ups and retention.

So, as Membership Advisor, it’s your job to ensure a perfect match.

You’ll bring that vibrant personality and oh-so-loveable nature to showcase our facilities to potential new members. You’ll get to know what they’re looking for, what they hope to achieve and demonstrate how Village Gym is their match made in heaven.

You love meeting new people, so you’ll enjoy getting to know potential new members, by phone, or in person when you give them a grand tour of the club.

You’ll match their individual needs to the facilities we have on offer, to ensure their fitness journey gets off to a great start. Plus, advise on additional products and services to help them smash those fitness goals.
