Job summary

Village Hotel Club is seeking a dynamic Leisure Club Manager to lead our gym, pool and spa operations and drive the sales strategy to elevate member experience.

You will be hands-on on the floor, engaging guests, and building a motivated leisure team while ensuring the club consistently runs at the highest standards across our UK venues.

• Expert knowledge of leisure operations and sales.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Passion for fitness and delivering excellent member experience.

Responsibilities

• Walk the gym floor and engage with customers to ensure service standards.
• Deliver and execute the sales strategy for the leisure club.

The Leisure Club Manager plays a key part in maintaining our position as an industry leading fitness and leisure brand. You will be hands on, walking the gym floor, chatting to customers, whilst ensuring that the club is operating at the highest standard. You’ll be working to deliver the sales strategy, as well as finding, developing and inspiring an awesome team of leisure staff!
