The role rewards a vibrant, service-driven approach with uncapped commission and an OTE of around £4,800 annually, plus a base package discussed at venue.

• Ability to interact with all types of people using effective selling techniques.

• Ability to understand member needs and tailor service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet potential new members by phone or in person and give a club tour.
• Match member needs to facilities and advise on products and services.
• Assist in achieving and exceeding sales targets through service.
