Qualifications

• Leadership experience across multiple departments and opening new venues.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and lead management teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience opening a new gym or similar health/fitness venue.
• Ability to manage large teams and maintain high standards of service.
