Qualifications

• Proven track record of management in leisure or related sectors.
• Passion for customer service and inspirational leadership.
• Strong ability to drive sales, coordinate local marketing and recruit/manage a successful team.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health & Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
• Maintain brand standards across the club.
• Conduct regular safety checks (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Report defects to ensure equipment and premises are safe.
• Recruit and manage Fitness Coaches and General Assistants to cover daily operations.
• Lead regular team meetings to support development and alignment.
• Achieve all sales and membership targets and maximise secondary revenue.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and facility presentation.
• Oversee weekly banking to minimise wastage and variances.
• Maintain uniform standards across staff and provide outstanding member service.
