Village Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to deliver outstanding guest experiences by cleaning, servicing, and presenting bedrooms to the highest standards. You’ll be a hands-on part of our housekeeping team, taking pride in detail and efficiency to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Creating the Wow Factor: Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to exceptional standards of hygiene and presentation.
• The No Problem Approach: Replenishing guest amenities, linen and supplies while responding promptly to guest requests.
• Sharp Organisation: Keeping your housekeeping trolley clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Eyes and Ears of the Floor: Reporting maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the leadership team.
• Shift Safety: Following health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures while using cleaning equipment safely.
