Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to deliver an outstanding guest experience by cleaning and presenting bedrooms to the highest standards. You will be part of a busy housekeeping team, bringing energy, pride in your work and a can‑do attitude, with training and real opportunities to grow within the Village family.

No two shifts are the same, and you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is great, but your attitude and energy matter more.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to exceptional standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Replenishing guest amenities, linen, and supplies while responding promptly to guest requests.
• Keeping your housekeeping trolley clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Reporting maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the leadership team.
• Following all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
