Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Replenishing guest amenities, linen, and supplies and responding promptly to requests.
• Keeping your housekeeping trolley clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Reporting maintenance issues or missing items to leadership immediately.
• Following health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures when using cleaning materials.
