Job summary

Village Hotels in the United Kingdom is seeking a Room Attendant to deliver a spotless, welcoming guest experience. You will clean and service bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to high hygiene and presentation standards while working as part of our housekeeping team.

No formal experience is required—your attitude, energy, and reliability matter. We provide training, support, and opportunities to grow within a busy team, with opportunities across our 35 hotels.

Responsibilities

• Creating the Wow Factor: Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to exceptional standards of hygiene and presentation.
• The No Problem Approach: Replenishing guest amenities, linen, and supplies while responding promptly and positively to guest requests.
• Sharp Organisation: Keeping your individual housekeeping trolley clean, organised, well-stocked, and ready to roll.
• Eyes and Ears of the Floor: Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the leadership team immediately.
• Shift Safety: Following all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
