Village Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to deliver an outstanding guest experience by cleaning and presenting bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors to the highest standards. This hands-on role sits within our housekeeping team, requiring pride, attention to detail and efficiency to exceed guest expectations.

Your shift focuses on creating the wow factor, replenishing amenities, keeping trolleys organised, and reporting maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Creating the Wow Factor: Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to exceptional standards of hygiene and presentation.
• The No Problem Approach: Replenishing amenities, linen, and supplies while responding promptly to guest requests.
• Sharp Organisation: Keeping your housekeeping trolley clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Eyes and Ears of the Floor: Reporting maintenance issues or missing items to the leadership team.
• Shift Safety: Following all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
