Job summary

Village is hiring a Room Attendant to deliver outstanding guest experiences by cleaning and presenting bedrooms to the highest standards. You will be part of a busy housekeeping team, taking pride in attention to detail and efficiency to ensure guest satisfaction.

Previous experience is welcome, but attitude and energy matter more. You will contribute to a supportive work culture with opportunities to grow within Village.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is welcome but not required.
• Attitude and energy to work in a busy housekeeping team.
• Desire to deliver high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create the Wow Factor by cleaning guest bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors to high standards.
• Replenish amenities, linen, and supplies while handling guest requests promptly.
• Keep the housekeeping trolley organized, stocked and ready.
• Report maintenance issues or missing items to leadership immediately.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene and COSHH procedures when using cleaning chemicals.
