Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to ensure our guest bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors meet exacting cleanliness standards and presentation. You’ll be part of a busy housekeeping team, taking pride in delivering a wow-factor of spotless spaces for every guest.

Previous experience is welcome, but attitude and energy matter most. You’ll work hands-on, stay organised, and follow safety procedures while contributing to exceptional guest experiences across our UK hotels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is welcome but attitude and energy matter more.
• Strong attention to detail and team collaboration are important.
• Friendly, positive, and keen to deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors to high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Replenishing amenities, linen and supplies and responding to guest requests promptly.
• Keeping the housekeeping trolley clean, organised and stocked.
• Reporting maintenance issues or missing items to the leadership team.
• Following health, safety, hygiene and COSHH procedures when using cleaning equipment.
