We are seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead our Guest Services Hosts and collaborate with the wider team across public areas, lobby, reception, and R&B spaces. Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role, ideally within hospitality or lifestyle hotels
  • Knowledge of Front Office operations
  • F&B/Barista experience preferred but training can be provided
