In this pivotal role, you will oversee the administration of all conference, events, and wedding bookings at the hotel. The role reports directly to the Business Excellence Manager and is part of a team based at our attractive hotel in Milton Keynes M1, Jct.14 (MK16 0JA).

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting appointments for show rounds, wedding showcases, and external wedding fairs.
• Facilitating all final details for weddings and events, and serving as the point of contact at the hotel for all brides and grooms.
• Assisting the Food and Beverage GSMs with the day-to-day running of weddings, acting as the host from setup to food service.
• Ensuring all requirements for brides are booked, such as discos and decorations.
• Serving as the direct hotel contact between the hotel and the events team at the hub.
