We are seeking our next Guest Services Manager to work with our Guest Services Hosts and the wider team across our public areas, lobby, reception, and R&B spaces. We would love you to have:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in the hospitality sector
  • Knowledge of Front Office operations
  • Some F&B/Barista experience preferred; training can be provided
