Premier Inn Yeovil is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help during breakfast or dinner service. No two shifts are the same, and you’ll rotate across reception, dining and guest areas to keep the hotel running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
