Job summary

Premier Inn Dundee West is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help provide breakfast and dinner service. You’ll rotate across reception, dining areas and public spaces, ensuring guests are well looked after from arrival to departure.

As a friendly, proactive team player, you’ll thrive in a busy, customer-facing role and help create a smooth, enjoyable stay for every guest who walks through the door.

Qualifications

• This role welcomes guests, checks in, serves meals and helps guests stay smooth.
• Shifts vary across reception, restaurant and public areas.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
