Job summary

St Andrews Premier Inn is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in and serve breakfast or dinner. You’ll help solve problems, keep public areas tidy, and support colleagues to ensure smooth operations across the hotel.

No hotel experience is required; applicants from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, travel and customer service are encouraged to apply. A permanent contract with training and growth opportunities awaits.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
