Premier Inn is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member for Darlington Town Centre. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help serve breakfast or dinner, ensuring a smooth stay for every guest.

No hotel experience is required; friendly, calm, and proactive team players will thrive as you support reception, restaurant, and bar duties. Training is provided and career opportunities exist within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; suitable from retail, cafés, pubs or customer service.
• Friendly and helpful, able to stay calm when it’s busy.
• Willing to learn and support guests across reception, restaurant and bar.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals and bar service
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming
• Support teammates across the hotel during busy periods
• Ensure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
