Premier Inn Ashford Central is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service. Shifts include evenings, weekends and peak periods.

This permanent role offers 30 guaranteed hours per week, with pay up to £13.06 per hour. No prior hotel experience is required; we’ll train you and show how every day can be different while supporting your teammates.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
